Every stride you take in the Bridges To Success 5K brings us closer to transforming the lives of at-risk youth. For over the last 25 years, Building Bridges has hosted the 5K event in efforts to bring individuals, the community, and other organizations together to raise money, awareness, and relationships to Building Bridges and its programming. On average, the event has 70-100 participants, and raises $10,000 a year, and all of its proceeds are used for programming, field trips, and activities for at-risk youth in Montgomery County to experience.
Your involvement directly impacts their futures, helping them build resilience, confidence, and brighter paths ahead. Together, we’re creating lasting change and giving youth the chance to shine. Join us, and be part of a powerful community dedicated to making a difference.

Yes, strollers are welcome! We ask that you start toward the back of the pack for the safety and comfort of all participants.
What is the 5K course like?
The 5K race course is a scenic, relatively flat out-and-back route, perfect for both competitive runners aiming for a fastest finish and beginners seeking an enjoyable run or walk experience.
What happens if it rains on race day?
The Bridges to Success 5K Run is a rain-or-shine event! We encourage participants to dress appropriately for the weather. In case of extreme weather, updates will be emailed and posted on our event calendar.
